Friendly front desk. I originally got a 10x15. I reserved and paid for the unit on website But after seeing it I asked to go up a size took less than 5 min. It is good climate no water damage worries and it is very clean and well lit . Comes with flatbeds for use as well as on site INSIDE restrooms and extra large hospital sized elevators. Oh and love the bay I can pull in to be able to unload without guessing the weather. I would definitely recommend!
